How to Make a Living Space

These two songs have been playing constantly in my head, that's what happens when you don't have an ipod.  I think I've finally got it right. In every room there's always one or two things you're embarrassed about; the handmade stuffed animals (batman themed), the copy of twilight you read once and NEVER AGAIN, even a tacky figurine or two. But now I've sorted through and decided what's quintessentially 'me' and what isn't. So yes, twilight got trashed.

I have a theory actually, which I'd like to share once. I've decided that's at this point, with the new movie premiering this weekend, that it has become a social taboo to bash twilight. I'm not an enthusiast, in fact quite the opposite. So I've decided on an action plan: Just stop talking about it. By complaining about the tweens, lack of plot, acting abilities etc., we're still talking, making this fad all the more popular. We're still watching the movies in order to complain about them. Stop giving the man the attention and the money. That's the last I will ever say.

Less Formal Excursions

now lets continue with events, these ones involve less school and more may enjoyment...
My friend cass's 17th birthday. One of the best parties I've ever been too, as you can see by the scrunched up face, that means I was happy. PLUS- any evening that includes group shots this intense has to be pure joy, surely.
wore my favourite baggy t from greece, Old Navy cardigan and the best vintage watch in the world. It actually fell apart halfway through the night, but Devin fould it later and fixed it for me! I love my friends- who else would do that?

Above is my sad excuse for a poker night. Basically no one played except the same three people, who almost immediately lost to Jordan who made like, twenty bucks. But we did successfully tape a pride flag to Emma and take a sufficient amount of pictures with JR bottles in them- it's the Canadian dream.
And this was the day portion of my May 24 weekend. I rented a four person bike, and it was the scariest thing I've ever decided to do. Never again. Mostly because in the back of my head I know I'll get hit by a car one day, I'm way to flexible with pedestrian traffic law.

My Existence in Six Months

So exams happened, and ISUs and art projects. And parties and dramatics. That's mostly all. So I haven't really had time to update this, it was the first thing to go. Luckily however facebook exists so I can post pictures, most of which aren't extremely fashion forward. But haven't you always wanted to see what a fashion blogger dresses like when she isn't 'trying'? I do all the time. For instance, ANNABU's clothes always have this perfect colour scheme, most often. I wonder if she makes time for that everyday? Anyway on to my life with some slight analysis and blurry, stolen from friends photos!
This was my art project, last ever high school art project. It was quite successful I think, except that most people were too scared to ask me what the hell everything meant. And why the lady is blue. I'm not going to bother discussing the outfit because it's basically pointless- I was going for 'budding artist who doesn't care what she looks like'. Imagine that, it worked.

More to come when my internet speeds up, and maybe some other news.
